Simon is an experienced senior recruiter with over 15 years experience of working within the legal and blue chip commercial sectors.

Simon is responsible for leading Angela Mortimer’s legal brands, Smith & Manchester and AM Legal and has been recruiting qualified solicitors into London and regional practices since 2002.

Simon delivers long term recruitment and operational solutions to his clients, provides role model leadership to the operational teams, coaching and mentoring individuals to achieve their full potential and is focussed on providing high levels of customer service at all times.

Meliha Tas - Recruitment Consultant

Meliha is a legal recruitment consultant specialising in the recruitment of solicitors into London and Home Counties’ law firms.

Meliha has very good knowledge of the legal sector having attained a 2:1 for the LLB and passed the LPC at the College of Law. In addition, Meliha has had excellent exposure to law having undertaken a variety of internships within international corporate firms, in places as diverse as London, Istanbul and Beijing.
