Daniella Bryant

Daniella graduated with a Music degree in 1999 and worked within Private Client Finance for a leading Asset Management Company for a number of years.  She joined Smith and Manchester in 2002 and has since specialised in recruiting within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. 

Daniella has successfully recruited for leading UK practices, and has placed Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence specialists ranging from Paralegals through to Partners and practice developers.

Daniella is also responsible for running the Smith and Manchester team.

Hela Boussif

Hela is an academically qualified Barrister.
Following qualification, she worked for a human rights organisation in Jamaica, undertaking mainly civil actions against the Jamaican police force. After returning to the UK, Hela joined one of the top tier criminal solicitor practices in the country, before moving to the recruitment sector to work as a researcher and consultant at a leading headhunting firm in the legal sector.

Hela joined Smith and Manchester in 2009 as a Consultant and recruits alongside Daniella for all fee earning staff.
