The King Sturge Property Triathlon

King Sturge, a leading supplier of property services in the UK this year celebrated the 250th anniversary of their Charity Appeal with the forth annual King Sturge Triathalon.

The event was held in July at the Eton rowing center near Windsor. With over 2200 competitors, it is firmly established as one of the top five triathlons and one of the biggest corporate sports events in the UK. The event has raised over £650,000 for charities to date and receives competing teams from all across the UK.

This year Angela Mortimer was represented by six energetic ladies in two relay teams, completing in the 750m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run and made it into the top 15 in the women's relay division.

The 2010 event raised a total of £120,000, which was donated to two charities, The Children's Trust and Orchid.
The Children's trust fund provides care, education, therapy and rehabilitation to children with multiple disabilities, complex health needs and acquired brain injury. The Orchid pioneers research for and promotes awareness of testicular and prostate cancer.

The triathlon was a great success and Angela Mortimer would like to thank King Sturge and the many volunteers for all their efforts and making the day such a pleasure to be part of.
