You must have at least 5 years pqe with the ability to handle a broad range of residential matters to include, but not limited to: sales and purchase, leasehold freehold, plot sales, new builds and remortgages. There is the distinct possibility of handling some light commercial matters and you must have experience of working with a computerised case management system.

You must be able to work without supervision, in a focussed and supportive team environment and have a proven ability to develop new business and build long standing relationships in the local community.
