Outstanding niche City practice has a requirement for an experienced real estate solicitor who can also turn their hand to HNW residential sales and purchase

You should be experienced in representing clients to include buy to let investors, developers and financial institutions, with an expertise of handling occasionally complex matters and the ability to think laterally and move quickly on time sensitive files.

Your experience should include, but not be limited to:

• Sales and purchase
• Commercial lease renewals
• Licence for Alterations
• Acquisitions and Licences to Assign or Sublet
• Company share purchase and sales
• Office lettings
• Property finance
• Joint Ventures

Applications will be considered from those solicitors with at least 5 years pqe and those with a quantifiable following will have a distinct advantage
