All potential candidates’ qualifications are checked along with their eligibility to work, prior to meeting a member of the recruitment team. A competency based interview follows at which the candidate is evaluated against the technical requirements of the role and also how their past and present personal attributes match those of the hiring firm.
Smith & Manchester has a visible presence on all legal specific job boards however; the reputation for providing a quality service is such, that a large percentage of candidates are sourced by means of referral.
